i appreciated the gym it had a wide range of equipment and was very clean priti at the front desk was always cute the pool area was also well-kept. the latest recipe restaurant offered a diverse selection of food with something different each day saturday brunch stood out with very attentive staff.

the staff were friendly enough, and the breakfast was okay.

the air conditioning was loud and difficult to turn off completely, i could not sleep properly. the noise continued throughout the night even after i closed the ac. this caused me significant discomfort and sleep deprivation.

kedar kumi at the reception was very helpful and nice. the hotel has complete equipment. there is a beautiful pool. i also saw gym, beach, basketball, boxing, tennis, volleyball, table tennis, watersport kayak, sauna and squash facilities.

The hotel offered really good buffet options with various dishes. I had executive lounge access and appreciated the exclusive services. Shima was excellent and always friendly and efficient. The coffee was rich and flavorful it was a perfect start to my mornings.
