gym equipment attentive staff

i appreciated the gym it had a wide range of equipment and was very clean priti at the front desk was always cute the pool area was also well kept. the latest recipe restaurant offered a diverse selection of food with something different each day saturday brunch stood out with very attentive staff.

i found yusuf very helpful with luggage. jasper was cute at the front desk. nurul and ramzam were attentive in the restaurant.

the breakfast buffet was unenjoyable. i waited over 20 minutes for poached eggs. i also ordered an oat milk latte but they had none available.

loud air conditioning sleep deprivation

the staff were friendly enough, and the breakfast was okay.

the air conditioning was loud and difficult to turn off completely, i could not sleep properly. the noise continued throughout the night even after i closed the ac. this caused me significant discomfort and sleep deprivation.

my stay included a tasty breakfast with many options. the room service was very quick and helpful. i was really happy the gym had treadmills and weights. i used it every day.

the hallway carpets look old and stained. i noticed dust on the furniture in the room. the bathroom had some mold near the shower tiles.

kedar kumi at the reception was very helpful and nice. the hotel has complete equipment. there is a beautiful pool. i also saw gym, beach, basketball, boxing, tennis, volleyball, table tennis, watersport kayak, sauna and squash facilities.

it was a bit disruptive during the day.

The hotel offered really good buffet options with various dishes. I had executive lounge access and appreciated the exclusive services. Shima was excellent and always friendly and efficient. The coffee was rich and flavorful it was a perfect start to my mornings.
